What
MCP servers are outside programs that can offer Claude tools and ready-made prompts. When Claude Code loads a server's prompts, it now checks each one and skips any that fail. If any are skipped, it logs an error for that server saying how many were dropped out of the total. Before, every prompt was loaded with no check.
Why
One malformed prompt from a server no longer stops the rest of that server's prompts from being listed.
