What
At the end of each turn, Claude Code emits a system message of type turn_duration. It no longer includes the token budget fields budgetTokens, budgetLimit and budgetNudges. It still reports how long the turn took, how many messages it had, and how many background agents and workflows are still pending.
Why
Programs or transcript readers that used those budget fields will no longer find them in this message.
