What
The turn-duration line is the message that reports how long Claude's reply took, shown when the showTurnDuration setting is on. When agents or workflows are still running in the background, it can now include a "Waiting for" list naming that pending work. Agents here are helper copies of Claude that carry out part of a task. The line can also be expanded for more detail.
Why
You get a clearer view of what Claude Code is still waiting on after a reply, instead of a bare duration.
