Rewinding a conversation now clears the remembered last prompt

Rewinding takes a conversation back to an earlier point. Claude Code also remembers the last prompt you sent, which it uses when you resume a session later. After a rewind, Claude Code now writes an explicit empty last-prompt record once the next messages are saved. This clears the stored last prompt instead of leaving the old one in place.
