What
When Claude wants to do something that needs your permission, Claude Code can set the request aside to wait, with a timer. Now, if that timer runs out while an input prompt is still waiting for your answer, Claude Code starts the timer again instead of treating the request as timed out. Before, the timeout went straight to the usual handling.
Why
A permission request should no longer be denied, or fall back to another outcome, simply because you were still in the middle of answering a question.
