What
Skills are packaged instructions Claude can load for a task. Claude Code already refused some skills that came from syncing, and that refusal now covers a wider group of skills. When a skill is held back by the host's catalog of skills, the usage data Claude Code records now gives that as its own reason instead of the general one for synced skills.
What you see does not change: the skill is still reported as "Unknown skill".
