What
The Prompt suggestions row in the /config settings screen appears only when a switch controlled by Anthropic's servers is on. If the server sends nothing, the row stays hidden. That condition was already in place in the previous build, and this release only reworks the code around it.
In readings taken before this release, the server reported that switch as on, both for this site's account and for an anonymous one.

Nothing changes in practice. Whether you see the Prompt suggestions row still depends on what the server decides for your account.
