A marketplace is a source of plugins you can install. When every marketplace fails to load, the plugin browser can now report a separate directory-failed state, provided another check passes. Before, it always reported that all marketplaces had failed. Looking up the plugins of a single marketplace can also fall back to a second lookup if the first one does not work.
