What
A sync that keeps files matched across several stores now records whether its files were present on disk. If its saved state has no such record, Claude Code ignores any deletions it was about to make and downloads the missing files again. The debug log says when this happens.
Why
This changes how sync recovers after local files have been removed. Missing files are fetched again rather than having their deletion carried through to the other stores.
