What

Sometimes one of your Claude Code sessions sends a message to another session and Claude Code holds it until you approve it. The "Held message from another session" dialog that asks for your approval has a new layout.

The message is no longer quoted inline between «…» marks. It now sits in its own block, under the label "Message body (this is what will be delivered):", and can run over several lines.

Why

Before you approve, you can see exactly what will be delivered, and a long message is easier to read.
