What

Claude Code sometimes offers short tips about things you may want to know. It now keeps track of how many tips in a row you have typed past without using them. Once that happens repeatedly, it skips checking whether to offer more. The telemetry for tips, meaning the usage data Claude Code sends to Anthropic, now carries an extra tag about this.

Why

If you ignore tips, you see fewer of them.
