What

Programs built with the SDK (the kit for running Claude Code from other software) receive progress events while a workflow runs. An option that hides the workflow's script from those events has been renamed from serverAuthoredScript to withholdScriptFromSdkEvents, and it now hides more. When it is set:

  • Phase titles are replaced with "phase" and a number.
  • Details about each agent are scrubbed.

Before, only the prompt preview was removed.

Why

This stops the contents of workflow scripts written on the server from reaching SDK programs through progress events.
