What
The theme picker, the list where you choose Claude Code's colour scheme, has been rebuilt on a different list component and now behaves differently:
Live preview: the theme changes on screen as you move the highlight through the list.
Current theme: the one you are using is marked with a check mark.
Custom themes: themes you added yourself show where they came from.
Cancel: backing out of the picker puts your saved theme back.
The output style picker, where you choose the Preferred output style, uses the same list component. Both pickers previously showed a fixed 10 options at a time. The output style picker now takes the number of visible rows from whatever opens it.
Why
Both pickers look and behave differently. You can see a theme before you commit to it, and browsing no longer leaves you on a theme you did not choose.
