What
The Theme row in settings now shows (disabled in safe mode) when you have saved a custom theme but safe mode is stopping themes from applying.
Setting the theme is also checked now. If you give it something that is not the name of a theme, it refuses with the error "Theme takes the name of a theme". The theme picker now applies your choice through this checked path.
Why
In safe mode it was not clear why a custom theme was not showing. The label now says so, and a mistyped theme name gives an error instead of being accepted.
