What
This release has two separate changes:
The PromptHint element can now carry an optional piece of trailing text.
Under the HIPAA policy, the setting that controls connector suggestions now resolves to deny when the policy check cannot reach a firm answer and falls back to its default outcome ("fails open").
Why
For HIPAA accounts, a failed policy check no longer results in Claude Code suggesting connectors, which are links to outside services.
