Resuming means picking a previous session back up. When a session resumes, Claude Code now keeps it marked as busy while it loads, for a limited time, and logs a warning if that time runs out. When Claude Code runs without its interactive screen and is connected to a remote service, resuming now also waits for the session's saved state to be restored before work begins. Cancelling from the remote side also triggers an extra cleanup step.
