What
Messages you type while Claude is replying wait in a queue until they can be sent. The send-now path that delivers them early can now be pointed at one specific queued message. When it is, Claude Code sends just that message quickly into the running reply. This only happens in prompt mode.
Why
This makes it possible to push a single queued message through straight away while the others keep waiting.
