What
Messages you type while Claude is still working wait in a queue, and you can pull them back into the input box to edit them. When those messages had pasted images, the images now get new ids, placeholders for them are put back into the restored text, and the cursor position is adjusted to match. Before, no placeholders were added to the text.
Why
Editing a queued message that had pasted images should no longer lose the images.
