Windows: cloud-session uploads only accept a real git.exe, not git.cmd or git.bat wrappers

What

When Claude Code uploads your repository to a cloud session (including a teleport, which moves a session between your machine and the cloud), it packs it up with git. Claude Code has a new way of finding git on PATH, the list of folders your system searches for programs:

• On Windows, if the git it finds is not a .exe or .com file, it tries git.exe instead. If that is not a real program either, git is treated as missing. Script wrappers such as git.cmd and git.bat are skipped.
• The "git not found" errors for these uploads now end with a Windows-only note explaining this: "(only git.exe counts; git.cmd and git.bat wrappers are skipped)".
• When the upload fails because git is not on PATH, or with git_error, the failure report now includes git_script_wrapper_only. It is set when no real git program was found but a git wrapper script was.

Why

Some Windows setups, such as scoop or other wrapper tools, provide git only as a .cmd script. On those machines uploads to a cloud session fail. The error message now says why, so you know to install or point to a real git.exe.
