Remote Control lets you follow and steer a Claude Code session from another device. When Claude needs your permission to do something, the session reports a "requires action" state along with the prompt.
When the session moves out of that state, Claude Code now checks whether a held permission prompt is still unanswered. If one is, it reports "requires action" again with that prompt's details instead of reporting running or idle. This does not happen while Claude Code is draining its agents, except when it is waiting for agents to finish.
