When Claude needs your permission to do something, the session reports a \"requires action\" state along with the prompt.\n\nWhen the session moves out of that state, Claude Code now checks whether a held permission prompt is still unanswered. If one is, it reports \"requires action\" again with that prompt's details instead of reporting running or idle.
