What
When Claude finishes and waits for your input, Claude Code can send a desktop notification after a while. It now remembers which finished turn it already notified you about, so it does not send the notification again for the same wait when its timer restarts.
Before, it was sent every time the timer ran out with the conditions met.
Why
This stops duplicate notifications that Claude is waiting.
