What
Claude Code now contains a built-in copy of its published model catalog, the list of models it offers. The copy lists Opus 5, Sonnet 5 and Haiku 4.5 and is marked version 0. A session that uses Claude through a third-party provider reads this copy until it first fetches the published catalog, and the copy also sets the lowest catalog version Claude Code accepts. The previous build instead carried larger catalog samples with other model IDs.
