Hooks are commands or prompts you set up to run at certain points in a session, and an agent hook runs a small AI agent. When an agent hook fails, the error text in the log and in the "Error executing agent hook:" message now comes from the error that was actually raised. Before, it was taken from a different value.
Why
If you are debugging a failing agent hook, you now see the real cause instead of a wrong or empty message.
