Claude Code now sends a new telemetry event, tengu_advisor_strip_replayed. Telemetry is the usage data Claude Code reports. The event includes a count of the assistant messages that come before the latest advisor_stripped marker, combined with the query's own strip plan, and the source of the query. It is sent only when there is at least one such message.

This only affects the usage data Claude Code reports. It does not change what you see.
