What
Some sessions run with no person available to answer questions. When an artifact action needs permission in such a session, Claude Code refuses it with "No one can answer in this session." That message now includes every question that was waiting for an answer, rather than one fixed text.
Why
The refusal shows exactly which permission questions went unanswered, so you can see what the session needed.
