What
When Claude Code refuses to sync or upload a file to the cloud because it may hold secrets such as passwords or keys, the message now covers one more case. A path is refused if it:
is covered by your Read rules or sandbox read-deny settings
is named like a credential
is linked from your Claude Code configuration (new)
Why
Files your Claude Code configuration points to are now kept out of cloud sync and upload, just like files that look like credentials. The refusal message tells you which of these reasons can apply.
