What
Claude Code can use tools on another computer that is attached to the session. When that computer stops offering its tools, the error message has been rewritten. It now reads: "Claude on that computer stopped offering its tools here (the Claude app there may have closed or lost its connection, or running tools for cloud sessions was switched off on it). Nothing was sent."
The message also tells Claude to ask you to open the Claude app on that computer. If the session got access to that computer by requesting a folder, it tells Claude to request the folder again.
Why
The old error did not say what had gone wrong. The new one names the likely causes, confirms that nothing was sent, and points Claude toward asking you for the step that restores the connection.
