shipSkillsInvocableis true, the multi-agent coordinator's worker-instructions prompt now tells worker agents to commit changes via the/commitskill and open pull requests via the/prskill, reserving rawgit commit/gh pr createfor specific exceptions (amends, merges/rebases/cherry-picks/reverts, scripted multi-commit loops, and PRs against a non-default base branch). The end-of-task instructions were updated to match, telling agents to "Commit all changes via the/commitskill" and "create a PR via the/prskill (guidance:draft)". - A similar nudge was added to the Bash/PowerShell tool description and the git-instructions helper text, telling the model to prefer
/commit-style and/pr-style skills over raw git/gh commands — but this one is gated behind a function that is currently hardcoded to always return false, so it does not yet take effect.
Why
The intent is to steer Claude Code and its coordinated worker agents toward using the dedicated /commit and /pr skills for version control actions instead of raw git/gh commands, though one of the two places this was added is currently inactive because its gate is hardcoded off.
