Remote session success telemetry now records where the permission mode came from
tengu_remote_create_session_success now carries a permission_mode field plus a permission_mode_source classified as flag, flag_withheld, settings, settings_withheld, or none. The remote create-session request can also include an effort_level field alongside the model.
