A new system reminder, bash_output_audience_note, is appended after qualifying Bash tool results, telling Claude that only it sees the full command output, the user's terminal shows at most a few lines, and any output the user needs should be put into the reply. It is also registered among the reminder kinds tracked for reminder accounting.
