307Claude Code ignores permission rules in the repository's `.claude/settings.json`, including these deny rules, when the [managed settings](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/managed-settings.md) that apply to the session set [`allowManagedPermissionRulesOnly`](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/settings-reference#allowmanagedpermissionrulesonly). In that case, put the rules in those managed settings instead.
