DisclaimerUnofficial, and not affiliated with Anthropic. Nearly all of this is read straight out of what ships: npm bundles, captured prompts, published docs. Anthropic's own notes go in verbatim, marked as theirs. The rest is my reading, and every entry carries the strings behind it. If one looks wrong, vote it down and say why.

Memory Selector Conversation Caching

The memory selection system now caches its state per-directory across queries within a session, reusing the conversation context for follow-up memory relevance queries instead of rebuilding it each time. The memory selection prompt has also been revised to support multi-turn usage ("Do not re-select memories you already returned for an earlier query").

Evidence

Memory selector state management (search for "memdir_relevance")

Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
