What

Reload and activate plugin changes in the current session without needing to restart Claude Code.

/reload-plugins
Details
  • Activates pending plugin installations, removals, and configuration changes
  • Replaces the previous behavior of requiring a full restart after plugin changes
  • Messages like "Run /reload-plugins to activate" now appear after plugin changes instead of "Restart Claude Code"
