The /reload-plugins command has been removed. After installing, enabling, disabling, or updating plugins, Claude Code now displays messages like:
"✓ Installed X. Restart Claude Code to load new plugins.""Configuration saved. Restart Claude Code for changes to take effect."
This replaces the previous "Run /reload-plugins to activate" workflow with a cleaner restart model.
