Worktrees holding files saved from connectors are kept instead of removed

A worktree is a separate working copy of a project. When you leave one, Claude Code now counts the files in its connector-downloads folder, where files saved from connectors go. If there are any, the worktree is kept and Claude Code tells you that the folder holds files saved from connectors and that you should move them out, then remove the worktree. The list of unsaved changes also shows how many items are in that folder.
