What
A worktree is a separate working copy of your project that Claude Code can work in. When you delete one that has changes, the confirmation message used to mention only uncommitted changes and submodules it could not check. It now also mentions the worktree's connector-downloads folder. That folder holds files saved from connectors, which are the outside services Claude Code can pull data from.
Git does not track these files, so discarding the worktree deletes them. If those files are the only thing in the worktree, a separate message says so and tells you that pressing ctrl+x again discards them.
Why
Files downloaded from connectors could otherwise be lost without notice when a session's worktree is deleted.
