What
A worktree is a separate working copy of your project. Connectors link Claude to outside services and can download files. When you delete a job whose worktree has uncommitted changes, Claude Code keeps the worktree. The message now says it was kept and adds a summary, and the result includes the connector downloads. Deleting a job also removes a second stored item for that job.
Why
You can see that a worktree was kept because of files downloaded through connectors, not only because of your own edits.
