The /usage command shows your usage and costs. A gateway is a server placed between Claude Code and the model provider. Before, /usage showed gateway spending only as "Spend limit:" lines. When no limit is set, it now shows a "Spend (UTC):" line with what you have spent, counted in UTC time.
Gateway users without a spending cap can now see how much they have spent.
