What
When an upload fails, Claude Code now sorts the reason into a named code. The codes include:
put_org_not_allowed, when the organization is not permitted
put_region_not_allowed, when the region is not permitted
put_ip_allowlist_not_allowed, when the IP address is not on the allowed list
The record kept when something is fetched again now also notes which kind of failure happened.
Why
A failed upload now comes with a specific reason instead of a generic error, which makes it easier to see why it was refused.
