Model picker shows an expand or collapse hint

In the model picker, rows that can expand now show a hint that Enter will expand or collapse them. Previously the Enter hint only said "set as default" or "confirm".

When a background shell task finishes, Claude Code also passes the task's output size and exit code to one more step. A shell task is a command run in the terminal, and the exit code is the number it returns to show success or failure.
