Session titles can name the Chrome tab group

What

Chrome can collect tabs into a named group. A session's title can now also serve as the title of the session's Chrome tab group:

• rename_session accepts a boolean (true or false) field names_chrome_tab_group. When it is true, the title is stored as the Chrome tab group title. When it is false, the stored title is cleared. A value that is not a boolean is refused.
• The session title tool gains the same optional internal field, and only the claude.ai chat backend sets it.
• A rename_session request from a host (an app embedding Claude Code) that carries names_chrome_tab_group is now rejected. Before, rename_session was passed through unchanged.

Why

The Chrome tab group name can follow the session title. Because only the service sets this field, a host cannot set it through rename_session.
