What
Remote Control lets you work with a Claude Code session from another device. When a client connects, Claude Code now checks the rate-limit state again. A rate limit caps how much you can use in a period. The re-check is spaced out so it does not run too often. It only runs when the current limit is a refusal from the limiter.
Why
A rate-limit notice that is no longer true can be refreshed when a remote client attaches, instead of staying on screen.
