What
Claude Code has two new messages:
Auto mode, which lets Claude act without asking you each time, now says when it refuses actions because it cannot check them.
A session can now end with a reason saying it moved to another region with its organization (code 4090).
Why
Both messages tell you plainly why something stopped, so you know an action was refused for safety or that a session ended because your organization moved region.
