Extra usage now supports accounts with no monthly limit and daily or weekly caps

What

Extra usage is credit used beyond your plan's normal allowance. Claude Code can now read and show it for accounts that have no monthly limit.

• monthly_limit and utilization in the usage data can now be empty (null). Before, monthly_limit always had to be a number.
• Optional daily and weekly entries, each with a limit and used_credits, are now accepted.
• When monthly_limit is null, Claude Code returns the amount used for each period with no limit. A new display lists them as daily, weekly and monthly. Before, it always returned used, limit and utilization.
• New messages tell you "When it runs out, ${m} is billed to your organization" and "This credit doesn't reset".

Why

Accounts with uncapped extra-usage credit, or credit counted per day or per week, now get a usage readout instead of one that assumes a single monthly cap.
