What
Claude Code can find two config files and has to choose one. The choice between .config.json and the other file now covers more cases, and Claude Code can report the file it is not using.
Deleting a folder now retries three times. If the folder is still there after that, the error says a running Claude Code session may be the cause.
Why
This changes which config file is used during an upgrade or move, and makes deleting folders more reliable.
