Claude in Chrome, which lets Claude Code act in your browser, now sorts two kinds of errors into their own categories:
permission_prompt_timed_out: nobody answered the permission prompt.permission_prompt_unavailable: the prompt window could not be opened.
These categories are used in Claude Code's error reports.
Why
They point to a Chrome permission prompt that opens in its own window, and they separate a prompt nobody answered from one that never appeared.
