What
In the agent view, the box where you type a reply can now show the placeholder text "enter to open and answer" in place of "reply". When it does, the hint about sending is hidden. This placeholder is for when a question is waiting for your answer.
Why
It is a small cue that pressing Enter opens the question so you can answer it.
