What
The dialog titled "Request usage credits from your admin" asks you to confirm before Claude Code sends a request for more usage credits to your admin. Its title, main text, note and button labels used to come from the server and could vary. They are now fixed.
The usage data recorded when the dialog appears and when you answer it no longer says which version of the wording was shown. The "dialog shown" record is now sent once, when the dialog opens.
Why
Everyone now sees the same wording in this dialog. The server can no longer change it or test different versions.
