When Claude Code groups several tool calls (actions Claude takes, such as running a command) into one summary line, the counts for shell commands and for other tools showed an out-of-date number. They now show the same count that decides whether the word is singular or plural.
Why
The numbers in grouped tool summaries now match what actually ran.
